James Henry’s directorial career has gone through several iterations; beginning with an initial love for design, evolving into experimentation with black and white photography and then finally settling into film. Creating visually captivating work, always set to a killer track, James’ reel is characterised by a crisp, minimalistic, high-energy, fresh approach that always brings something original, innovative and stylish.

His work includes the MVA nominated campaign for Bombay Bicycle Club, Channel 4’s Derry Girls (winner of best social campaign at Broadcast Digital Awards) and Global Campaigns for Aldo as well as a truly unique art film for the Tate.
