ABOUT

We love a crime drama here at JAM VFX and it was a huge pleasure to collaborate with the team at Brontë Film & TV for the 5th Strike series.
The suspenseful narrative is played out across the episodes through the Ink Black Heart animated game. As sole VFX vendor on the project we completed over 130 shots, with many of these being screen comps over various devices showing the story unfold.
Highlights of the VFX work included a dramatic train sequence, along with fire, smoke, and scorch effects, adding a thrilling dimension to the visuals.

SIMILAR PROJECTS:

I have worked with many Vis FX companies over the years but most recently with JAMFX and the I found the experience to be by far the best.  The most crucial element for me is the communication and I found this to be fantastic.    I was able to speak to our supervisor any time – no problem was too big or small for them to sort.   We were on a very tight deadline and they delivered ahead of time and the work was exemplary.     They are also an incredibly creative company and always felt that they cared about the project and had invested time in understanding what was needed.

I know that our whole team from our director to our post producer enjoyed the experience and crucially, plan to work with them again.
