ABOUT

Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Mojave desert, not all is what it seems as a character in black roams the vista. With an eerie score heightening a sense of impending doom, we see a giant thumb lurking like a UFO ready to pounce…

This was an exceptionally fun project to work on which many of Jam team chipped in with. Director Nick Meek even had a giant thumb made for the occasion!

SIMILAR PROJECTS:

I have worked with many Vis FX companies over the years but most recently with JAMFX and the I found the experience to be by far the best.  The most crucial element for me is the communication and I found this to be fantastic.    I was able to speak to our supervisor any time – no problem was too big or small for them to sort.   We were on a very tight deadline and they delivered ahead of time and the work was exemplary.     They are also an incredibly creative company and always felt that they cared about the project and had invested time in understanding what was needed.

I know that our whole team from our director to our post producer enjoyed the experience and crucially, plan to work with them again.
